Performance Media Marketing Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Performance Media Marketing Manager to spearhead our online paid media efforts. This individual will be responsible for planning and executing all digital marketing initiatives across various channels, ensuring measurable results.

Responsibilities:
  • Campaign Strategy and Implementation: Develop and execute comprehensive campaign strategies, utilizing best practices to drive performance.
  • Measurement and Digital Infrastructure: Establish and track key metrics, ensuring seamless visibility throughout the marketing funnel.
  • Market Research: Identify trends and competitor insights, utilizing digital tools to inform strategic decisions.
  • Innovative Executions: Design and implement out-of-the-box marketing initiatives, enhancing the overall funnel and driving performance.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with expertise in campaign strategy, implementation, and optimization.
  • Hands-on experience with Facebook ads, Google ads, Tiktok ads, and/or programmatic solutions.
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics, Firebase, and MMPs (Mobile Measurement Partners).
  • Ability to work on-site in Ortigas.
