  • Must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam), Engineering (Civil), Architecture or equivalent;
  • At least 10 year (s) of working experience in Construction industry;
  • Must possess excellent Project Management, Site Management, communication, leadership, decision-making and time management skills;
  • Knowledge in Health and Safety Regulations may serve as an advantage;
  • With excellent people skills – can effectively communicate, interact and motivate people from different levels;
  • Able to lead project teams across all project lifestyle.
  • Required to be on-site especially during the execution of major activities/tasks, deliveries of major equipment and facilities procured by the company,
  • Responsible in giving guidance, directions and instructions to the team;
  • Presides during meetings;
  • Organize and manage suppliers and sub-contractors to ensure that the planning and the set timelines are met. Provide hands-on site management and actively manage site plan, deliverables and dependencies.
  • Identify, log, analyze and manage potential and actual issues and risks, taking corrective action by tackling day-to-day issues head on and reviewing how more serious and risks might impact on scope, schedule, quality and cost;
  • Responsible in organizing the facilities on-site, strictly implementing the safety rules and requirements of the company, protecting sensitive equipment and keeping the workplace clean and safe;
  • Assists the Owner's Representative in the performance of his functions, duties and responsibilities;
  • Establish project site policies and flow of responsibility and communication;
  • Implement the decisions of the Owner pertaining to the project;
  • Organize and coordinate the entire Project Team of Consultants, Designers, and Contractors;
  • Lead, plan, program and monitor the various activities involved in the project;
  • Provide the necessary co-ordination links as well as maintain the harmonious relationships within the Project Team;
  • Assist in co-ordination the works between the Owner and Designers, Contractors, and Vendors in order to expedite the successful completion of the project;
  • Prepare presentation materials and report to the Owner;
  • Disseminate all instructions, informations, reports, meeting minutes to the Project Team;
  • Other duties that may be assigned from time to time by Operations Manager.
