Our organization seeks a detail-oriented Construction Estimator to analyze drawings, specifications, and other documentation to prepare time, cost, and labor estimates for construction projects.

  • The successful candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with estimating software. They will collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to provide accurate and competitive bids.
Responsibilities
  • Job Description: Prepare detailed cost estimates for materials, labor, equipment, and subcontractor work. Analyze historical data and pricing trends to improve the accuracy of estimates.
  • Requirements:
    • Proven experience as a Construction Estimator (3+ years preferred).
    • Experience with estimating in residential, commercial, civil, or industrial construction.
    • Proficiency with estimating software (e.g., ProEst, PlanSwift, Bluebeam, Sage Estimating).
    • Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
    • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical documents.
    • Excellent mathematical and analytical skills.
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
    • Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
