*Construction Project Manager – Key Qualifications

-Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
-3–7+ years of experience in the construction industry
-At least 2 years of experience in a project management role
-Strong knowledge of construction methods, scheduling, budgeting, and safety standards
-Excellent leadership and team coordination skills
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills
-Highly organized with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

*Key Responsibilities

-Plan, coordinate, and oversee all phases of construction projects from pre-construction to close-out.
-Develop project timelines, cost estimates, resource allocation, and procurement schedules.
-Monitor project progress and adjust schedules or plans as necessary to meet deadlines and budget constraints.
-Coordinate and supervise contractors, subcontractors, and site personnel to ensure work is carried out safely, efficiently, and to quality standards.
-Liaise with architects, engineers, consultants, and clients to ensure effective communication and timely decision-making.
-Enforce compliance with building codes, safety regulations, environmental requirements, and company standards.
-Conduct site inspections and resolve construction issues or delays promptly.
-Track project costs and manage budgets, contracts, and change orders.
-Prepare and present progress reports, forecasts, and project documentation to stakeholders and senior management.
-Manage risk assessments, quality control, and safety measures throughout the project lifecycle.
-Lead regular site and coordination meetings with stakeholders and construction teams
