Project Leader - Construction Team

Our organization is seeking a skilled Project Leader to oversee the execution of ongoing construction projects and develop future initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise project delivery across multiple sites, ensuring quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and site teams to mitigate risks and resolve bottlenecks.
  • Develop and implement construction schedules, resource plans, and procurement strategies.
  • Establish standard operating procedures for construction processes and quality assurance.
  • Lead the performance management and professional development of construction teams.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management (licensed Civil Engineer preferred).
  • At least 10 years of progressive experience in construction operations, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of managing multiple projects, with deep understanding of construction methodologies, cost control, and safety regulations.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong background in horizontal and vertical developments, with expertise in formworks, precast systems, and cost review.
  • Skilled in change management, conflict resolution, and fostering proactive collaboration.
  • Capable of producing executive-level reports with actionable insights.
