Business Process Specialist

MCI, a leading business process outsourcing company, is seeking highly motivated and dedicated Customer Service Representatives to join our team.
This role involves handling inbound customer inquiries, resolving issues through first-call resolution strategies, and accurately documenting customer interactions in CRM systems. The ideal candidate will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to type 20+ words per minute, basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and familiarity with Windows operating systems.

- Resolve customer issues using first-call resolution strategies
- Research and coordinate with internal departments to resolve inquiries
- Accurately document customer interactions and claims in CRM systems
- Use internal knowledge bases and training to answer questions confidently
