Business Planning Specialist
We are seeking a skilled Business Planning Specialist to join our team.
Main Purpose of the Role & Responsibilities:- You will be responsible for helping clients transform their business planning needs (budgeting, revenue, personnel, KPIs, quotas/capacity, territories, reporting & analytics) with advanced financial planning tools.
You will be expected to:
- Maintain proficiency and certification in leading financial planning solutions.
- Contribute to implementation projects, including: gathering client requirements, developing forecasting and planning models, and guiding clients through design sessions and configuration decisions.
- Communicate regularly with clients to ensure success and set proper expectations.
- Financial and/or management accounting experience, particularly budgeting, planning, and management reporting.
- Advanced Excel skills and exposure to designing and building complex financial planning models.
- Experience implementing Enterprise Performance Management systems.
- Ongoing training and development opportunities.
