Job Title: Technical Business Process Manager

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Technical Business Process Manager to join our team. As a key member of the Enterprise Applications team, you will collaborate with Finance department stakeholders to identify and implement process improvements, automations, system integrations, and system administration initiatives.

This role involves leveraging technology to enhance financial operations by implementing continuous improvement efforts, integrating new AI technical initiatives, and working with existing systems such as Sage Intacct and Workday's Adaptive Planning, Payroll and Financials modules.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with Finance and Payroll/Payment team members to design and implement improvements to business processes, utilizing technology for increased efficiency.
  • Collaborate with the Enterprise Applications team to ensure changes align with overall business objectives and technology strategies.
  • Maintain, configure, and optimize SaaS technologies, including Sage Intacct and Workday, to support financial operations.
  • Develop documentation to ensure stakeholders understand changes, systems, and processes related to financial technology.
  • Lead change initiatives to ensure optimal results and a thorough understanding of the work being undertaken.
  • Troubleshoot issues related to financial systems and implement solutions, including systemic changes to prevent recurrence.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience administering and/or implementing SaaS technologies, particularly Sage Intacct and/or Workday.
  • Significant financial technical consulting experience is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of core financial processes.
  • Experience operating in a consultative role to understand and meet the needs of multiple stakeholders within finance.
  • Basic knowledge of APIs, JSON, and systems integration principles.
  • Familiarity with AI technologies and how they might be applied to finance.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset with out-of-the-box thinking to leverage flexible systems and processes.
  • Strong sense of personal accountability and the ability to work independently.
  • Ability to communicate with and influence cross-functional stakeholders and work collaboratively.
  • High emotional intelligence and a sense of humor.
