Administrative Support Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to provide administrative support to our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in accounting and business operations, with a strong background in Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.

The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring business listings, communicating with sellers via calls and emails, and providing administrative assistance. They will also assist with daily tasks, including invoice processing, vendor management, and payment scheduling.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and manage business listings across platforms.
  • Communicate with sellers through professional calls and emails.
  • Draft, proofread, and send correspondence with flawless grammar and tone.
  • Assist with daily administrative tasks.
  • Handle Accounts Payable functions, including invoice processing, vendor management, and payment scheduling.
  • Manage Accounts Receivable processes, including billing, collections, and reconciliations.
  • Maintain accurate financial records and support bookkeeping tasks as required.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role.
  • Solid knowledge of Accounting and Business Operations principles.
  • Experience with accounting software and CRM systems.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
