We are seeking a detail-oriented HR professional to support our administrative tasks and people operations.

Job Description

This role involves coordinating shift coverage, logging PTO, tracking attendance, and managing staff schedules. You will also be responsible for preparing payroll data, assisting with office supplies, and escalating complex HR issues to senior management.

In addition to administrative tasks, you will provide business and sales support by tracking client renewal dates and preparing employer reports. You will also conduct patient outreach for failed payments or missing registration items.

You will also provide general administrative support, including job postings, interview scheduling, responding to routine questions, and helping to maintain internal SOPs.

Qualifications
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Experience supporting US-based companies in healthcare or operations is required
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to manage internal team dynamics professionally
  • Proficient with Google Workspace, Canva, and basic CRM tools, healthcare records and billing software
