Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive executive assistant to support our CEO with administrative, research, and creative tasks. This role requires a balance of technical competence, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and organize the CEO's calendar to ensure efficient time management and scheduling.
  • Manage email inboxes by sorting messages, organizing folders, and flagging high-priority items.
  • Assist in processing vendor payments accurately and on time, maintaining records for reference.
  • Join Zoom meetings to take minutes, identify action items, and help prepare presentations when needed.
  • Conduct research on political trends, market developments, and other relevant topics to support informed decision-making.
  • Accurately input data and develop internal guides and checklists to improve operational workflows.
  • Leverage tools like Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, and Drive, along with project management platforms, to support team productivity.

Key Qualifications:

Experience & Technical Skills:
  • 3+ years of experience in executive assistance or administrative support roles.
  • Proficient with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive).
  • Comfortable using Zoom, Google Meet, and project management tools.
  • Experience with video editing tools such as Canva and CapCut.
  • Strong email management and data entry skills.
