Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive executive assistant to support our CEO with administrative, research, and creative tasks. This role requires a balance of technical competence, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Main Responsibilities:- Maintain and organize the CEO's calendar to ensure efficient time management and scheduling.
- Manage email inboxes by sorting messages, organizing folders, and flagging high-priority items.
- Assist in processing vendor payments accurately and on time, maintaining records for reference.
- Join Zoom meetings to take minutes, identify action items, and help prepare presentations when needed.
- Conduct research on political trends, market developments, and other relevant topics to support informed decision-making.
- Accurately input data and develop internal guides and checklists to improve operational workflows.
- Leverage tools like Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, and Drive, along with project management platforms, to support team productivity.
Key Qualifications:
Experience & Technical Skills:- 3+ years of experience in executive assistance or administrative support roles.
- Proficient with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive).
- Comfortable using Zoom, Google Meet, and project management tools.
- Experience with video editing tools such as Canva and CapCut.
- Strong email management and data entry skills.
- Exceptionally organized and detail-oriented.
- Professional, trustworthy, and discreet.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to turn meeting discussions into clear, actionable steps.
- Creative and resourceful, especially with social media.
- Self-starter with strong initiative and time management skills.
