Brand Manager Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Brand Manager to oversee Amazon accounts from onboarding to growth. This role involves acting as a trusted point of contact, tracking progress, leading communication, and ensuring seamless execution.

The successful candidate will lead the onboarding process and manage brand milestones, own client communication, performance reviews, and insight delivery, coordinate internal teams, resolve client issues, and ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs).

This is a mid-senior level full-time position in marketing and sales with a focus on advertising services. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving growth and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Onboard and manage Amazon accounts from launch to growth
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing timely updates and resolving any issues that arise
  • Coordinate with internal teams to deliver high-quality results
  • Ensure compliance with SOPs and maintain accurate records
Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 3+ years of experience in Amazon Seller Central (PPC, flat files, SEO, etc.)
  • 2+ years of experience in client/account management (agency preferred)
  • Clear and effective communication skills
  • Proactive problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in ClickUp, Slack, Zoom, or eagerness to learn
