Responsibilities
  • Develop, execute, and oversee strategic marketing initiatives that align with business objectives and client needs
  • Design and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that deliver measurable results
  • Manage and mentor a small creative team comprising designers, editors, and copywriters
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between the marketing team and internal stakeholders
  • Oversee multiple client marketing projects, ensuring timely completion and budget adherence
  • Coordinate deliverables across the team and guarantee efficient execution
  • Provide regular updates to leadership on key marketing metrics and performance insights
Requirements
  • 5+ years of marketing experience is preferred, but strong candidates with less experience and a proven track record will also be considered
  • Proven expertise in SEO, search, social media, and AI-driven marketing
  • Familiarity with content strategy and digital campaigns
  • Experience managing creative teams is a plus
  • Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
