About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Business Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in shaping business strategy and driving growth through effective analysis and problem-solving.

This is a client-facing position that requires strong analytical and product management skills, including the ability to interpret customer needs and translate them into actionable requirements.

  • You will elicit requirements through discussions and client meetings, managing project delivery and training to internal offices.
  • Your responsibilities will include functional analysis, requirement gathering, and feasibility analysis, as well as drafting project documentation and planning timelines and costs.
  • You must be able to work independently and in team settings, with experience functioning as a lead on various initiatives.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst/Product Specialist, specifically in functional and technical analysis and design of web-based software solutions in the credit/banking industry, is required.
Required Skills
  • 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst/Product Analyst.
  • Fluent knowledge of English language.
  • Strong negotiation skills, experience working in a client-facing role a plus.
  • Good communication skills; verbal and written.
  • 5+ years of experience in business analysis or business process management.
  • Knowledge of MSOffice (project, excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with SQL and relational databases, XML, and XSD is considered a plus.
