We are currently seeking a seasoned Operations Manager to oversee our company's daily operations and team management. This role is crucial in ensuring seamless campaign execution, efficient task completion, and departmental performance.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Department Workflow Management
  • Oversight of day-to-day operations and task completion
  • Maintenance and implementation of operational SOPs
  • Monitoring and updating project management tools
  • Identification and resolution of blockers
Team Leadership and Oversight
  • Supervision and mentorship of team members
  • Assignment and monitoring of workloads and attendance
  • Onboarding and training of new team members
  • Performance check-ins and evaluations
Cross-Department Coordination
  • Collaboration with teams
  • Facilitation of communication flow between departments
  • Flagging operational concerns or task delays
Administrative Oversight and Reporting
  • Verification of payroll data
  • Maintenance of department calendars and trackers
  • Provision of weekly operations updates
  • Compliance with internal SOPs and security protocols

Requirements:

  • At least 3–5 years of experience in a managerial role in lead generation, digital marketing, or operations
  • Previous experience managing a remote team, especially in a digital or marketing setting
  • Experience working cross-functionally with marketing, content, and executive teams
  • Familiarity with lead generation and campaign-based workflows is a plus

Skills and Tools:

  • Strong familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, ClickUp)
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Drive)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional organizational, leadership, and time management skills
