Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team at Metacom. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to users of our Crypto Currency Platform.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to users of our Crypto Currency Platform
  • Handle inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Requirements:
  • At least six months of Financial BPO experience
  • Amenable to work onsite
  • Good communication skills
