Job Opportunity: Asia Pricing Specialist

This role involves the maintenance and development of Marketing Deviated and Standard Pricing applications, including tables, queries, macros, and Visual Basic for Applications modules.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and enhance pricing applications to meet business needs
  • Ensure template values align with 3M systems processes and tools Quality Standards
  • Coordinate updates through proper channels and follow up on closures
  • Manage price pages automation requests from internal and external customers and subsidiaries
  • Oversee case and request management in authorized systems and tools from receipt to closure
  • Provide secondary level support for business groups within Integrated Business Operations as needed
  • Create price reports and ad-hoc analyses related to price management, material listing, and PIPO to support business decisions
  • Execute basic to moderate listings and exclusions requests from requestors
  • Monitor, update, and follow up on ongoing listings/exclusions requests
  • Troubleshoot listings/exclusions errors, questions, and requests from stakeholders

The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical skills, customer service orientation, and proficiency in MS Office, particularly VBA and Macro Excel formulas. Knowledge of Salesforce, SAP, and Vendavo platforms is an added advantage.

Required Qualifications:
  • Graduate degree in Marketing or Business Administration
  • At least 2 years of experience in pricing, material listing, phase in/phase out, or similar areas
  • Excellent communication and research skills
  • Continuous improvement mindset
  • Knowledge of data confidentiality and security rules
