Job Overview

Based in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig, this is a permanent full-time role following a hybrid work model setup. The job involves collaborating with various teams to ensure accuracy and maintaining a master database of knowledge responses.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate activities across functional teams to confirm answers and maintain a master database of knowledge responses.
  • Manage the completion and delivery of questionnaires assigned in a timely and organized manner.
  • Understand products offered and suggest based on customer issues or trends identified.
  • Analyze RFPs, review documents to understand customer requirements, pricing criteria, and compliance needs.
  • Prepare proposals, draft detailed, accurate pricing sections for proposals ensuring clarity and compliance.
  • Use existing procedures to solve routine problems.
Requirements
  • Has university degree and/or specialized external certification as equivalent.
  • Proven experience in completing SaaS RFPs and Questionnaires.
  • Prior experience with RFP response software tools is a plus but not required.
  • Proficiency in common efficiency and collaboration tools e.g., Microsoft Office, Sharepoint.
  • Excellent writing editing and proofreading skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritize coordinate and manage multiple projects.
  • Ability to conduct research analyze information and draw conclusions.
  • The ability to work independently and function as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to adapt to and complete projects in adjacent areas.
