Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Sales and Marketing professional to join our team in a Detective Control role. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience with detective control and strong analytical skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting monthly detective control checks on manual entries and pricing uploads to ensure accuracy and approval, as well as coordinating internal control audit results with department managers.

In addition to these responsibilities, the Detective Control Associate will support access and identity management, provide summaries and remediation related to cash-out, incorrect pricing in orders and invoices, and participate in continuous improvement activities for service optimization.

Requirements
  • Detective control experience: At least 1 year
  • Automation experience is an advantage
  • Familiarity with SAP and CRM systems
  • Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
  • Knowledge of risk mitigation and auditing
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Solution-oriented mindset
  • Previous industry experience is an advantage
