Email Marketing Strategist Job Description

As a seasoned marketing professional, you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing data-driven marketing strategies tailored to meet the unique needs of our clients. Your primary objective will be to ensure a positive client experience while maximizing campaign performance.

This role involves extensive client-facing interactions, strategic planning, and ongoing optimization to drive business growth. You will work closely with clients to understand their business objectives and develop targeted marketing strategies to achieve their goals.

  1. Collaborate with clients to gain a deep understanding of their business needs and objectives.
  2. Develop and implement effective email, SMS, and retention marketing strategies to engage clients.
  3. Communicate insights and reports on campaign performance to stakeholders.
  4. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to enhance their overall experience.
  5. Work closely with the Client Strategy Manager to manage multiple client accounts effectively.
  6. Collaborate with the Activations team to ensure strategy alignment and clear instructions.
  7. Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional services to clients.
  8. Contribute industry insights to help establish the company as a thought leader in marketing.
Key Outcomes & Accountabilities:
  1. Strategy Development: Create and implement effective marketing strategies to meet client objectives.
  2. Account Management: Manage retention marketing programs for multiple brands, ensuring seamless execution.
  3. Client Understanding: Gain a deep understanding of client needs and translate into actionable marketing strategies.
  4. Performance Tracking: Analyze data to optimize campaign performance and drive business results.
  5. Client Communication: Share insights and plan for future development with clients.
  6. Team Alignment: Ensure the Activations team is aligned with overall marketing strategy.
  7. Service Expansion: Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell services to increase revenue.
  8. Thought Leadership: Contribute industry insights to help establish the company as a marketing thought leader.
