
Business Systems Coordinator

We are looking for a skilled and organized Operations Assistant to support our business. This role is ideal for someone who excels in creating order, building systems, and executing tasks that keep operations running smoothly.
You will play a vital role in setting up essential tools and processes, organizing data, supporting workflows, and building dashboards that allow the business to run efficiently. This is a remote, part-time contractor position with the potential to grow into a long-term engagement.
Key Responsibilities:- Implement and configure tools such as Slack, help desk software, and internal dashboards.
- Set up and manage automation workflows (e.g., Zapier, GoHighLevel, or similar platforms).
- Recommend and implement systems that improve efficiency and solve operational challenges.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in operations, administration, or project support.
- Experience with tools such as Zapier, Slack, or other workflow/automation platforms (preferred but not required if willing to learn quickly).
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
- Comfortable working remotely across time zones (flexible schedule).
