Main Responsibilities
  • Optimize internal tools and automations to support scalable operations.
  • Design, configure, maintain, and continuously improve company-wide tools like Jira, Confluence, Power BI, and HubSpot.
  • Support the rollout and adoption of tools and systems through training, documentation, and ongoing user enablement.
  • Improve processes and workflows by collaborating with stakeholders and gathering requirements.
  • Generate insights through data and reporting by conducting analysis and maintaining dashboards.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, Data Analytics, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in tools and systems optimization, process improvement, and automation.
  • Proven hands-on experience configuring and improving collaboration and process tools.
  • Strong facilitation and collaboration skills to gather input, troubleshoot issues, and align diverse teams and stakeholders.

This role requires strong written and verbal communication skills, high attention to detail, and a continuous improvement mindset.
