Enhance Organizational Efficiency

You will play a pivotal role in enhancing organizational efficiency by optimizing workflows and integrating tools. As a Business Analyst/Process Automation Specialist, you will be responsible for building and managing a comprehensive knowledge base using Notion and possibly HubSpot.

Your primary focus will be on leveraging AI technologies across platforms to automate processes and facilitate better data flow.

  • Set up and maintain a knowledge base using Notion and potentially HubSpot to improve information accessibility and team collaboration.
  • Identify and implement AI tools and solutions across platforms to automate processes and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Utilize no-code and low-code platforms (e.g., Zapier, Airtable) to create seamless integrations and custom workflows that streamline operations.
  • Analyze current workflows to identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies; design and implement improved processes to boost productivity and reduce errors.
  • Set up and manage dashboards, databases, and analytics tools that enable teams to track project progress, manage resources, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Provide training and ongoing support to team members on using Notion, HubSpot, Zapier, Asana, and other integrated tools, ensuring proficiency and confidence in utilizing these systems.
