  • Demonstrate expertise in software solutions and provide top-notch support to customers

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
Bachelor's degree required, with 2+ years of experience in SaaS customer support or a related field. Fluency in English is essential, with additional languages welcome.Please note that this position is 100% remote, with occasional in-person attendance required for meetings and trainings.
