- Respond to customers' inquiries related to products, orders, returns, and account concerns in a timely and efficient manner.
- Utilize Gorgias and Shopify to manage tickets and provide fast, accurate support, ensuring seamless customer experiences.
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
- At least 1 year of hands-on experience with both Shopify and Gorgias.
- Ability to work independently, handle multiple conversations simultaneously, and maintain a high level of productivity.
- Empathetic, patient, and reliable when addressing customer concerns, providing solutions, and escalating issues as necessary.
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to stay informed on product updates and support practices.
- Requires a personal computer or laptop with an i5 processor or equivalent.
- A stable internet connection with a minimum speed of 15 Mbps upload/download.
