
Dynamic Educational Services Coordinator

A dedicated and organized Student Manager is sought to perform various administrative and logistical tasks efficiently and effectively. The successful candidate will oversee and streamline communication between clients and departments, coordinate workflows, manage data processes, and ensure client needs are met.
This role involves working closely with the team to provide premium, personalized services in preparation for college admissions. Responsibilities include conducting research, analyzing data, and presenting findings in a comprehensive format. The ideal candidate will handle individual student cases and all college admissions-related tasks and requests made by clients.
We seek an exceptional candidate with experience in education, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to produce high-quality research. This position requires resourcefulness, initiative, and flexibility due to the fast-paced nature of admissions.
Responsibilities- Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring timely and effective delivery of company communications. Convey important information such as research findings, reminders, updates, and other relevant messages while maintaining a high standard of professionalism and clarity in all interactions.
- Research: Conduct high-level research under Consultant's directives and guidance to support client needs. Maintain accuracy, thoroughness, and clarity in all research deliverables, ensuring findings are presented in a client-friendly format and updated as needed to reflect the latest information.
- Data Management: Collect, organize, update, and maintain comprehensive client information to facilitate personalized services according to individual needs and requirements. Ensure the integrity and confidentiality of all data handled.
- Administration and Logistics: Coordinate daily office activities in collaboration with team members, clients, and departments to ensure smooth workflow and effective communication.
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Creative Writing, or related fields.
- Strong critical thinking, analytical, and decision-making abilities, with a proactive approach to identifying challenges and developing strategic solutions.
- Proficient in utilizing productivity software, including Google Docs, Google Sheets, and collaborative platforms. Proficient in navigating web-based business tools such as Slack and similar communication systems to facilitate efficient workflow and information sharing.
- Strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple demands, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment without compromising quality.
- Experience engaging and dealing with diverse children, teenagers, young adults, and their families in educational settings. Demonstrated ability to communicate and collaborate across school systems or institutions.
