Financial Leadership Role

As a senior financial executive, you will oversee the management of our organization's financial systems and processes. Your primary goal is to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, while identifying areas for improvement and implementing effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Invoicing and Reconciliation: Process all invoices from the billing department into our system, reconcile accounts receivable upon receipt of official payment.
  2. Financial Statement Management: Oversee the preparation of our Income Statement and Cash Flow, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  3. Financial Reporting: Validate reports submitted by our accounting team, making recommendations for improvements as needed.
  4. Policy Development: Develop financial policies for approval by our leadership team, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  5. Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions, including petty cash disbursements.
  6. Discrepancy Reporting: Report any discrepancies or irregularities to our leadership team, recommending remedial actions where necessary.
  7. Task Execution: Perform other tasks assigned by our management team, supporting the overall success of the organization.

This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of financial principles, procedures, and regulations, with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities.
