As an HR Specialist at Asticom Technology Inc., you will play a critical role in shaping the employee experience and driving business success. Your responsibilities will include maintaining employee records, administering benefits, and coordinating training initiatives.

Our ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. They should possess excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of HR principles and practices, including employment law and regulatory requirements. They should be able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
  • Administer employee benefits programs and respond to related inquiries.
  • Coordinate training and development initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and regulations.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience working in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
