We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual to fill the position of Cash Management Specialist.
The ideal candidate will have experience with financial operations and be able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
The role involves coordinating employee advances, including checking and monitoring of employee's advances, validating, checking and booking of employee's liquidations, and preparing weekly reports on employee's cash advance status.
The position also requires monthly scheduling and reconciliation of employee advances, as well as submitting employee advances subject to salary deduction to HR every payroll cut-off.
Additional responsibilities may include bank reconciliation and payable vouchers tasks, as well as preparing tax-related schedules.
