Mall Operations Director

This role oversees the overall daily operations of a large shopping center, ensuring that all activities run smoothly and efficiently.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Direct the day-to-day operations of the mall, encompassing facilities management, maintenance, security, and housekeeping services.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with tenants to provide operational support.
  • Promote a safe and positive customer experience within the mall.
  • Foster efficiency and seamless business operations to meet organizational objectives.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • At least 7-10 years of work experience in retail, property management, or a similar industry, with at least 5 years in a managerial position.
  • Knowledge of facilities management principles, safety standards, and tenant relations best practices.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage budgets and expenses effectively.
  • Able to work under pressure and prioritize multiple tasks.
