Key Mall Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Key Mall Operations Specialist to lead our engineering department. This is a key position that requires a high degree of technical expertise, leadership skills, and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth daily operation, maintenance, and repair of mall equipment and facilities. He/She must have excellent problem-solving skills and be able to prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure the efficient operation of all mall systems including electrical, mechanical, and HVAC systems.
- Maintain and repair mall equipment and facilities to ensure they are in good working condition.
- Lead the Engineering Department and provide guidance and support to team members as needed.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services and operations.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements- Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- At least 5 years of experience in mall engineering operations or equivalent.
- Excellent leadership and customer service skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
