Mall Operations Manager

  • Handles all concerns/queries of incoming long-term and short-term tenants from the preopening and construction phase.
  • Monitor and update the construction progress of new and renovating tenants to ensure timely store opening
  • Conducts pre-construction meetings for a thorough discussion of document checklist and mall house rules and regulations during construction
  • Coordinate with Architectural and Facilities and Property Management Department for technical assistance of incoming long-term tenants
  • Prepare and issue Notice to Proceed (long-term tenants) and Permit to Operate (long-term and short-term)
  • Initiate plans for the opportunity of tenant's business growth in terms of marketing advertisement placement, special event campaigns, etc.
  • Draft schedule of Tenant Relations team subject to approval

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENT

  • The Associate Mall Manager must have a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electrical and Mechanical), Commerce, Marketing, Business Management, or any other related course.

EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT

  • The Associate Mall Manager shall have an extensive experience and a proven track record in the field of Marketing and Sales, Property Development, Building Administration, Customer Service, and Mall Operations, and Business Operations in a senior supervisory/ managerial capacity
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to relate well with all levels of the organization
