User Support Specialist

We are seeking an exceptional frontline support professional to provide user management and customer service. The ideal candidate will be a flexible problem-solver, confident in delivering solutions, and able to investigate issues when necessary.

The successful candidate will have at least basic computer skills and the capacity to stay focused in a busy work environment. They will also be patient, empathetic, and very communicative with others.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process user management requests within agreed timeframes
  • Provide regular updates to stakeholders on account creation/maintenance
  • Follow strict guidelines for account creation/update as specified in client communication plans
  • Communicate with clients via email regarding issues and follow up on resolutions in a timely manner
  • Ensure accurate data entry/updating in CRM systems
  • Perform database performance reporting tasks
  • Investigate root causes of system alerts/errors
  • Complete quality control activities for user management tasks
  • Elevate issues promptly to team leaders for resolution
  • Maintain compliance with customer data privacy and security policies
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
  • Computer and internet literacy
  • Experience with call center ticketing tools (e.g. Zendesk) and CRM platforms (e.g. Salesforce)
