We're Hiring: User Researcher Specialist

We are looking for a User Researcher Specialist to join our growing team If you're passionate about understanding people, uncovering insights, and helping shape meaningful products, this role is for you.

What You'll Do
  • Design and execute user research using both qualitative and quantitative methods (interviews, focus groups, usability tests, surveys, data analysis, etc.)
  • Identify user needs, pain points, and motivations, then translate them into actionable insights
  • Produce clear deliverables such as research reports, personas, journey maps, and KPIs
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (product, design, data, operations) to influence product decisions
  • Create and maintain research roadmaps, templates, and reusable tools
  • Support A/B testing and experiments to assess UX impact on user behavior
  • Ensure all research follows ethical standards and data privacy guidelines
What We're Looking For
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Sociology, Psychology, HCI, Statistics, or a related field
  • 2–5 years of hands-on experience in user research (internet/SaaS/mobile apps experience is a plus)
  • Strong knowledge of research methods and ability to run studies end-to-end
  • Skilled in qualitative & quantitative analysis; familiar with SPSS, Excel, R, Python, SQL (a plus)
  • Excellent communication skills—able to turn complex findings into actionable recommendations
  • Experience producing personas, journey maps, task analysis, and scenarios
  • Strong project management skills to juggle multiple initiatives

  • Cross-cultural user research experience
  • Ability to design and conduct home-based or in-person research
  • Familiarity with research ethics, informed consent, and data anonymization
