Job Title

A seasoned Business Solutions Specialist is required to drive strategic initiatives and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop effective strategies and test plans through close collaboration with designers, developers, and QA.
  • Analyze system specifications and contribute to the development of solution proposals.
  • Ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle by working closely with Product Manager, Project Manager, and SMEs.
  • Support the implementation of complex business process logic.
Key Skills:
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving expertise.
  • Proficient in EXCEL (pivot tables, basic formulas).
  • Proficient in Jira and Confluence.
  • Project management skills (Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall).
  • Experience with Project and Product Documentation.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience.
  • Graduate of any IT-related course.
  • Ideal candidate has implemented complex business process logic.
  • Background in Saas startup environment preferred.
