Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Strategic Business Process Consultant. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with clients and technical resources to identify business problems and develop solutions.

This includes planning and designing business processes and system modifications, making recommendations to improve business activities, and gathering and analyzing business requirements. You will create test case scenarios, monitor testing, and communicate requirements to appropriate parties.

  • Develop business requirements documents/user stories to support required modifications
  • Aid in updating process and procedural documentation
  • Support QA, UAT and Release phases of the project via defect analysis, change maintenance, etc

To be successful in this role, you will require minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, a degree in Business, IT or relevant field, and previous experience working in the insurance industry. Knowledge of business analysis concepts, including defining requirements, translating to technical solutions, and Agile approach is essential.

The ideal candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, technical writing skills, and experience in an Agile and/or Scrum environment.
