Job Title: System Specialist

We are seeking a skilled system specialist to join our team. The role is responsible for translating business objectives into actionable technology recommendations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Gather, validate and analyze business requirements for ERP systems.
  • Analyze data for product improvement and process enhancement.
  • Create and maintain models used in the development of business processes.
  • Identify issues with existing solutions and propose improvements.
  • Formulate business proposals for system and process enhancements.
  • Coordinate with technical resources in designing test plans.
  • Develop data for user acceptance testing.
  • Prepare formal business requirement documentation.
  • Evaluate revenue and savings from implemented systems.
  • Support project management and transition activities.

Requirements:

  • A degree in Information Technology or related field is required.
  • Background in finance business processes, operations and change management is preferred.
  • Proficient use of MS Office is necessary.
  • Strong aptitude for financial applications and systems experience is beneficial.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills, analytical and communication skills are essential.
