About the Role

We are looking for a forward-thinking Business Systems & Intelligence Specialist to lead data-driven initiatives that enhance operational performance, optimize processes, and drive innovation. This role blends expertise in business intelligence, automation, and project management to turn complex data into actionable strategies. By leveraging advanced analytics, AI integration, and cross-functional collaboration, you will play a pivotal role in shaping company strategy and delivering impactful business solutions.


Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and data visualizations in Power BI to provide actionable business insights.
  • Build and manage automation workflows across multiple business tools, incorporating AI-driven solutions to streamline operations.
  • Research and evaluate emerging AI technologies for integration into existing systems.
  • Lead the setup, configuration, and optimization of business systems for seamless integration and performance.
  • Partner with stakeholders across departments to understand data needs, identify automation opportunities, and deliver aligned technology solutions.
  • Monitor system performance, data accuracy, and automation effectiveness, making continuous improvements.
  • Perform other related duties as required.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in business intelligence, automation, or systems management roles.
  • Proficiency in Power BI (or similar BI tools) for dashboard creation and data visualization.
  • Strong understanding of automation tools and AI technologies.
  • Excellent project management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Data Analytics, Business, or related field preferred.
