We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the position of Data Configuration Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with customers and stakeholders to deliver successful implementations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support customers on all aspects of implementations, ensuring accurate and timely system configuration, data quality and identification and resolution of configuration data issues.
  • Ensure the completeness of data entry maintenance on Salesforce and other project systems, communicating clearly with stakeholders and exceeding their expectations.
  • Be part of transformative change in the way we help customers implement our platform, working across the Implementations team to provide a mix of paid and unpaid services.
  • Work alongside Implementation Consultants and customer support team members, learning and growing within our start-up culture.
  • Perform system configuration, check and analyze configuration issues, and carry out necessary resolutions and action items.
  • Complete administrative tasks, including systems updates, data entry, data review and input, project updates and other ad-hoc requests.
  • Ensure data quality, integrity and security, assisting with keeping internal tools and tracking systems up to date.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree (or relevant qualification) OR 2+ years' experience in a HR/Payroll SaaS configuration environment.
  • Experience in processing and reviewing large data sets and data entry.
  • Experience administering a HR Information System (HRIS) and/or payroll system is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously.
