HRIS Data Management Specialist

As a highly skilled HRIS Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of employee data and HR systems.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver day-to-day support for employee data transactions from pre-employment through offboarding to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Maintain and protect confidential employee data with a high degree of discretion and responsibility.
- Provide global production support by researching and resolving HCM process and data issues, collaborating closely with the HR Operations team and other key stakeholders.
- Respond to tickets, emails, and chats from internal users as needed, escalating to the HRIS Supervisor for complex or sensitive cases.
Essential Skills:
- 1–2 years of experience in HRIS support, employee data management, or HR operations.
- Working knowledge of Workday or similar HRIS platforms.
- Strong attention to detail, with a commitment to data accuracy and compliance.
- Ability to manage case queues and meet deadlines in a high-volume, service-driven environment.
Desirable Qualifications:
- Familiarity with Workday reporting or configuration.
- Experience with Salesforce, ServiceNow, Jira, or similar ticketing systems.
