Are you a highly organized and skilled project coordinator looking for a challenging role in a fast-paced creative environment? Our company is seeking a Production Coordinator to coordinate a team of creatives, optimize client production schedules, and ensure all work is completed on time and to the client's satisfaction.

This role requires strong communication and organizational skills to manage multiple projects concurrently with diverse stakeholders. A practical understanding of Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro, Acrobat) and familiarity with project management platforms are essential for this position.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate with creatives, manage client production schedules, and ensure timely completion of work.
  • Monitor progress, provide regular updates to clients and senior management, and make recommendations to meet quality standards.
  • Collaborate with Quality Specialists to maintain design quality and brand guidelines.
  • Review sentiment analysis and ticket feedback ratings from customers, identify areas for improvement, and suggest solutions.
  • Keep company notes updated based on client preferences and coordinate updates within the team as needed.
Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Ability to coordinate multiple projects, possess strong attention to detail, and excel in communication and problem-solving.
  • Familiarity with Canva, Figma, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Google Slides, along with resourcefulness and self-motivation in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with ticket management tools, decision-making, negotiation, and forward-thinking abilities.
  • Bonus points for experience coordinating creative teams, knowledge of the creative process, and proficiency in Jira and Confluence.
