Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced architect to join our team. This is a unique opportunity for a motivated and skilled professional to work on various projects of different scales, including museum renovations, commercial properties, single-family homes, multi-family homes, and cooperative housing.

The ideal candidate will have at least five years of professional experience in architecture, with a strong background in project planning and management. They should be accustomed to working independently and remotely, with a high degree of initiative, structure, and responsibility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Independent planning and handling of architecture projects
  • Development of 3D models and visualizations using ArchiCAD and Twinmotion
  • Responsibility for project coordination, management, and execution
  • Leading and guiding team members within the project team
  • Close collaboration with internal and external partners
  • Ensuring quality, deadlines, and compliance
  • Documentation and presentation of projects
Requirements
  • Completed degree in architecture from one of the world's top universities
  • At least 5 years of professional experience as an architect
  • At least 3 years of practical experience using ArchiCAD 3D and Twinmotion
  • Strong technical expertise and solid understanding of construction methods
  • Interest in Swiss building culture and willingness to familiarize yourself with local conditions
  • Willingness to engage with Swiss standards and high-quality benchmarks
  • Experience in leading and coordinating team members
  • Ability to work independently, in a structured, forward-thinking, and responsible manner
Portfolio Requirements
  • Proof of previous project experience
  • Clear presentation of specific role and responsibilities within these projects
  • Examples of managing and supporting architectural projects through various project phases
