Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain Accounting Records: Ensure all financial transactions are accurately recorded, updated, and stored in compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Expense Reporting: Prepare and submit expense reports on time, ensuring transparency and adherence to company policies.
  • Tax Policy Compliance: Examine and interpret tax policies, handle tax payments, and prepare tax returns in a timely manner.
  • Bookkeeping: Post transactions, categorize records in the general ledger, and reconcile bank statements to ensure accuracy and consistency.
  • Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data with internal and external stakeholders to inform business decisions and improve financial processes.
  • Audit Preparation: Organize and prepare financial documents for audits, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Policy Implementation: Apply new accounting policies and procedures to ensure seamless integration and continuous improvement of financial processes.
