
HR Business Development Professional

Job Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in human resources, with experience in multiple disciplines including talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, and total rewards.
The ideal candidate will be able to build relationships of trust with leadership and influence leaders and teams of differing viewpoints to create positive outcomes.
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to support key business goals and objectives.
- Proactively identify opportunities for growth and improvement that will enhance bottom line results and improve employee-related gross margins.
- Provide day-to-day guidance and coaching on performance management, career development, and disciplinary actions.
- Manage and resolve complex employee relation issues.
- Support business units and leaders to strategically address talent needs.
Responsibilities:
- Understand all key business initiatives and goals for each supported area.
- Deliver tailored solutions to challenges affecting the success of the business.
- Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional talent initiatives to the business.
- Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key leaders at multiple levels.
- Partner with and leverage internal teams across human capital, total rewards, development, payroll, talent acquisition, and legal.
Requirements:
- Experience in SHRM or related education.
- Strong experience in multiple HR disciplines (total rewards, talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, etc.).
- Proven ability to build relationships of trust with leadership (Executive Director and Director level).
- Ability to influence leaders and teams of differing viewpoints to create positive outcomes.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
