Job Responsibilities:- Lead Generation: Identify and qualify new prospects through targeted outreach campaigns, social media engagement, and referrals.
- Campaign Execution: Plan and execute customized outreach strategies to high-value prospects, ensuring effective communication of our services' value.
- Sales Outreach: Effectively communicate the benefits of our call center outsourcing and staffing solutions to engage and convert prospects.
- Appointment Setting: Schedule meetings between qualified leads and our executive team, driving business growth and success.
- CRM Management: Log all interactions, track progress, and maintain accurate records in our CRM system.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends and competitors to refine targeting strategies and stay ahead of the competition.
- Must be 18 years or older
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to type 20+ words per minute
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and Windows OS
- Highly reliable, organized, and self-motivated individual
- Strong problem-solving, multitasking, and time management skills
- A customer-first mindset with empathy and professionalism
