Key Responsibilities:- Make high-volume outbound sales calls to customers to identify needs or issues.
- Clarify information and provide recommendations and solutions via telephone.
- Build positive relationships with customers to enhance the company image.
- Strive to improve customer satisfaction through excellent service.
- Place outbound calls to promote new products and services.
- Complete call notes and reports and update them in the database.
- Obtain and evaluate relevant data to handle complaints and inquiries.
- Maintain a high level of knowledge about existing products and services.
- Previous experience in B2C Sales, including managing outbound and cold call functions.
- Medical or healthcare industry experience is advantageous.
- Strong phone presence with exemplary customer service and sales skills.
- Excellent communication skills with active listening.
- Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types.
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multi-task, set priorities, and manage time effectively.
- Ability to handle stressful situations appropriately.
- Excellent written and verbal English language skills.
- Proficient in relevant computer applications.
