Sales Representative Opportunity

As a Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for building and maintaining client relationships, communicating with potential customers, and closing sales. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Iloilo City Proper.

This role involves providing excellent customer service, training new sales team members, and managing sales activities to meet targets and goals. You will work closely with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and negotiation
  • Closing sales and meeting revenue targets
  • Training and mentoring new sales team members

Qualifications:

We are seeking an experienced Sales Specialist who possesses the following qualifications:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven track record of success in sales and sales management
  • Ability to train and mentor new team members
  • Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
  • Ability to work effectively in an on-site team environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
  • Experience in the call center or BPO industry a plus
