
Sales and Service Director

We are seeking an experienced leader to oversee the sales and service strategy for our organization. As Head of Sales and Service, you will be responsible for defining and implementing sales strategies that drive revenue growth and enhance customer satisfaction.
The successful candidate will lead a national sales and service team, including recruitment, training, performance management, and motivation. They will identify new market opportunities, partnerships, and business channels, and establish key performance metrics, forecasts, and budgets.
You will work closely with marketing to align go-to-market strategies and promotional campaigns, and develop a customer service strategy focused on improving client satisfaction and retention. Additionally, you will ensure high-quality, consistent customer experience through leading service delivery teams and implement systems to monitor customer feedback and resolve complaints efficiently.
Other responsibilities include driving technology adoption to enhance service delivery, aligning objectives with product, marketing, operations, and finance teams, and providing insights into product/service improvement as the voice of the customer internally.
In this role, you will report performance results to the executive team and make strategic recommendations to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- A Master's Degree in engineering is an advantage.
- Licensed Engineer or equivalent educational attainment.
