Are you a seasoned sales leader with a track record of driving revenue growth and building high-performing teams?
We are seeking an experienced Key Account Director to lead our national sales strategy, develop key client relationships, and drive business development objectives.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute a comprehensive national sales plan aligned with business objectives and market trends.
- Identify and develop strategic partnerships with key clients to expand the customer base and penetrate target industries.
- Lead the achievement of sales goals by proactively prospecting, qualifying, managing, and closing opportunities across new and existing accounts.
- Recruit, coach, and manage a high-performing team of sales professionals, solution designers, and account managers to exceed revenue targets.
- Set clear performance targets for each team member and monitor individual and team performance to drive continuous improvement.
- Transform transactional sales engagements into long-term strategic partnerships through consultative selling and value creation.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments to co-design scalable solutions that meet client-specific requirements.
- 10+ years of experience in sales leadership roles, preferably in warehousing services or a related industry.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and building high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales enablement tools.
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
