Dispatch Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to facilitate same-day deliveries across the US. This individual will be responsible for dispatching runs, communicating with cross-functional teams, and interacting daily with driver agents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Dispatch Deliveries: Dispatch deliveries in assigned markets and create efficient routes given driver schedules, customer needs, and service level due times.
  • Mastery of Dispatch System: Display mastery of the CXT dispatch system.
  • Customer Communication: Communicate directly with customers via phone and email to resolve issues promptly while maintaining a calm, professional tone.
  • Ticket Management: Master Dialpad and Zendesk, our telephone and ticketing systems.
  • Driver Communication: Provide direct, efficient communication and immediate feedback to drivers.
  • On-Time Delivery: Achieve on-time delivery metrics of 90%+ for all assigned markets.
  • Market Knowledge: Learn market(s) comprehensively, understanding clients, drivers, and specific market needs.
  • Flexibility: Be available to work assigned shifts with flexibility, including weekends and holidays.

  • Logistics Passion: Passion for logistics and rigorous business practices.
  • Software Proficiency: Google Office Suite knowledge.
